SentBe, a global foreign exchange total solution company, announced on the 3rd that it has been selected as the first in the overseas remittance service category of the '2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards,' which was announced by the U.S.-based top 10 survey and consulting firm Brand Keys and the Korea Consumer Forum.
The Brand Customer Loyalty Awards investigate customer loyalty to brands through the BCLI (Brand Customer Loyalty Index) research model jointly developed by Brand Keys and the Korea Consumer Forum, which is tailored to the Korean situation, and selects the top brand in each category. The survey for 2023 was conducted from March 13th to 26th, and the rankings were calculated based on the results of approximately 920,000 surveys participated by about 210,000 consumers.
SentBe recorded the highest scores in the BCLI survey items such as 'Brand Trust,' 'Brand Attachment,' 'Intention to Repurchase,' and 'Intention to Recommend Others,' surpassing its competitors in the overseas remittance service category. Compared to the average scores of competitors, SentBe recorded scores approximately 18% higher for brand trust, 17% for repurchase intent, 18% for intent to recommend others, and 9% for brand attachment.
In this survey, SentBe scored a total of 22.37 points, while among other candidates in the same industry, Company A received 20.81 points, Company B received 20.63 points, and Company C received 18.57 points.
Currently, SentBe provides foreign exchange services that are easy to use for both individuals and businesses, offering low fees, fast remittance speeds, and simple procedures for both domestic and international transactions.
In particular, SentBe's business-oriented service, SentBiz, supports effective foreign exchange transactions for individual sellers who need overseas payment and remittance with reasonable fees up to about 70% lower than banks, fast remittance within a maximum of one day, and a simple and secure transaction method. Recently, with the increasing demand from businesses in Korea to remit in U.S. dollars (USD) overseas, SentBiz is helping settlement within 2 to 3 hours by allowing companies to send and receive information for remittance via email without visiting the SentBiz website.
Seongouk Choi, CEO of SentBe, said, "I think that SentBe's excellent performance in the customer loyalty survey targeting customers who have actually used SentBe is the result of continuous efforts to provide services that are more convenient, safe, and efficient for customers," and added, "We will not stop here and continue to strive to be a leading cross-border remittance and payment solution company in the Asian market."
