SentBe is a company that values financial inclusion and profitability in equal measure. To ensure that it meets its impact goals, SentBe has developed Business Impact Indicators (BIIs) that align with its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These BIIs are used to track progress and measure impact in three key areas: affordability, accessibility, and inclusivity.

Affordability is an important indicator for SentBe, and it measures the amount of money that customers save by using SentBe's services instead of traditional banking methods. SentBe's fees are up to 80% lower than those of banks, which has resulted in significant cost savings for customers. By multiplying the total transaction amount by the difference in fees, SentBe has saved its customers $126 million on C2C transactions and $2.3 billion on B2B transactions.

Accessibility is another important indicator for SentBe, and it measures how easy and convenient it is for customers to use SentBe's services. SentBe's services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which has resulted in a high percentage of transactions being completed outside of traditional banking hours. Additionally, 74% of both C2C and B2B services' transactions are completed within a day, even on weekends. Finally, 71% of B2B clients' single requests comprise of more than 50 transactions.

Inclusivity is the third key indicator for SentBe, and it measures the company's commitment to providing diverse options for remittance receiving methods. SentBe offers various options, including non-bank services like digital wallets and cash pickup services, in addition to banks. SentBe has partnerships with over 80 partners, which ensures that its customers have a wide range of options when it comes to receiving their remittances.
